| 摘 要： | 硒是人体必需的微量元素，是人红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的组成成份，硒对人体的健康有重要的影响，尤其是抑制癌肿和心血管疾病的发生发展以及对抗某些毒物都有很大作用，缺硒会使人产生心、肝、肾、肌肉等多种组织的病变，过多则可导致急性或慢性硒中毒。因此，研究食品中微量硒的测定方法有非常重要的科学价值。

| Abstract: | Selenium is not only an essentialed microele ments of human body,but also a form ingredien of human red cell glutathione cxygenase.Selenium possessed important effect for human body health.Especially is restrained cancer and heartfelt diseases and resiste some narcotics possessed very great aetion.If human lack selenium would be it produced various diseases of neart.Liver kidney and so on,but selenium many lead to poisoned .Therefor study for determination of traees selenium possessed important science worth. |
