基于熵值法的城市建设用地结构效应研究——以山东省地级市为例

摘    要:在明确城市建设用地结构效应概念的基础上,构建了相应的指标体系,以山东省17个地级市为研究样本,运用熵值法计算出用地结构效应特征指数.结果表明,①用地效益和用地强度指数在城市间差异明显;用地功能指数差异性最小.②从指数间关系来看,用地弹性指数和环境效应指数相关性最大;用地功能指数高的城市中存在低效和高效扩张并存的现象,用地功能指数低的城市中存在集约化与低水平发展的区别.利用系统聚类法将17个城市分为高效集约型、高效协调型、高效与环境压力型、低速扩张型、粗放扩张型和低效发展型等6个类型.

Abstract:With the basement of defining the effect of urban construction land structure,a set of assessment indexes system was designed.The weights of indicators were determined by using entropy method,and then the indexes for the effect of urban construction land structure were calculated.The results showed that the land-use efficiency and intensity index were significantly different between the cities,but the land-use function index was not significant different among the cities.In view of the relation of the indexes,land-use flexibility index has the most significant correlation with environmental effect index.There is a phenomenon that high efficient expansion and inefficient expansion coexist in the cities with high land-use function index.Finally,17 evaluated cities were grouped into 6 different types by clustering analysis,intensive land-use type,high efficient and coordination type,high efficient and high environmental pressure type,low-speed expansion type,extensive land-use type and the inefficient development type.
