莲子叶蛋白体的类型,来源与发育

摘    要:莲子叶于发育的10 ̄28d,以不同速率在叶肉细胞中大量积累贮存蛋白,并以不同方式组装许多形态各异、结构不同的蛋白体。按其来源与发育的特点可分4种类型:①粗面球状蛋白体;②光面球状蛋白体;③杯状蛋白体;④淀粉蛋白体。发育顺序是①,②类先形成,③,④类后发生;②类的发育贯穿整个贮存蛋白的积累期,比较了莲与其他植物蛋白体的异同。

Abstract:From 10 d to 28 days in growth a large quantity of storage proteins are accumulated in mesophyllous Cells of lotus cotyledon by different rates, and various morphological and structural protein bodies are composed by different patterns. On the basis of their source and development they may be divided into 4 types:1. rough spherical protein body, 2. smooth spherical protein body, 3. cup-like protein body, 4. amyloid protein body. 1st and 2nd types occur earlier than 3rd and 4th types. The development of 2nd type runs through whole SP accumulation period. The similarities and differences of protein bodieS among lotus and other plants are compared in this paper.
