金融业混业经营模式比较与选择

以美国《金融服务现代化法案》通过为标志,混业经营已成为国际金融业的发展趋势。入世后,随着中国金融市场逐步开放,中国正逐步融入国际金融体系,中国金融机构正面临来自实行混业经营国家“航母”式外资金融机构的竞争,分业经营模式下的中国金融体系已难以应对国际混业经营的挑战。鉴于银行业尤其是四大国有商业银行在中国金融领域中的绝对主导地位,本文以国有商业银行为核心,在比较各种混业模式的基础上,通过对金融控股公司实现混业经营的机理与方式、确保安全性的特点和在我国现有资源可获性综合分析,本文认为以国有商业银行为主体积极构建中国金融控股公司混业模式是中国金融业由分业经营向混业经营转变相对现实而稳妥的选择。

The Comparision and Choice of Universal Model in Finance: in terms of Banking

The universal model of finance has being become the trend in the world by the passing of 《Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999》. After entering the WTO,Chinese financial market has been open and is incorporating into the international finance system progressively. Chinese financial institutions are facing the eompetetion with foreign ones which have had universal model.It＇s difficult for Chinese finance system to succeed through separated management model. Regarding the banks, especially four state-run commercial bnaks, have the leading position in Chinese finance,the paper will focus on state-run commercial banks and describe the choice of finance management model in China. Through the analysis of financial conglomerates in operating,security and realities in China,the author makes a conclusion that financial conglomerates is the best choice for Chinese finance to change into universal model at present.
