微波再生含VOCs的高聚物吸附树脂

摘    要:分别采用极性、弱极性和非极性高聚物树脂作为吸附剂,苯和甲苯为吸附质,对微波再生吸附树脂的过程进行了研究,通过实验分析了吸附剂和吸附质性质对微波再生效率的影响,结果表明:对于饱和吸附挥发性有机物(VOCs)的树脂,使用微波再生法比常规的热再生法不仅有更高的脱附速率和再生率,而且微波再生的床层温度要远低于热再生的床温度,这表明微波具有选择性的特征;在微波场作用下,吸附剂床层的温升取决于所装填吸附剂的极性,极性大者,温升也较大;对于相同的吸附质,微波再生效率随吸附剂极性的增加而减小;对于相同的吸附树脂,在微波场作用下,苯比甲苯更容易脱付。

Abstract:In this work, with polar, weak polar and non_polar polymeric resins as adsorbents and benzene and toluene as adsorbates respectively, the regeneration of polymeric adsorbents by microwave is studied experimentally. The effects of properties of the adsorbents and adsorbates on regeneration efficiency of microwave radiation are analyzed. Experimental results show that the use of microwave to regenerate polymeric adsorbents not only obtains more higher desorption rate and regeneration efficiency than the use of thermal regeneration method, but also have the temperature of fixed bed be obviously lower than the use of thermal regeneration method. Microwave radiation possesses an advantage of selective heating. Under microwave field, the temperature of the fixed bed is dependent on polarity of packed polymeric adsorbents. The stronger the polarity of the adsorbent is, the higher the temperature of the fixed bed is. Regeneration efficiency of polymeric adsorbents by using microwave increases with decrease in polarity of the resins. Desorption efficiency of benzene from the polymeric adsorbents is higher than that of toluene under microwave field.
