Abstract:With the static characteristics of the turbine governor measured by a microcomputer system, the calculation of the speed dead bend by the method of Chebyshev optimum uniform approximation has been developed. By using all the data measured, the sum of the governor deterministic error and stochastic error, which can not be obtained by an ordinary method, can be found.
