黄曲条跳甲对常用杀虫剂的敏感性测定

采用浸叶法测定了福州不同地区黄曲条跳甲对常用农药的抗性水平,与室内敏感种群相比,不同地区的黄曲条跳甲成虫对药剂的敏感性存在差异,东张地区对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯的敏感性明显下降,南通地区对啶虫脒、丁硫克百威的抗性水平相对偏高,而上街、晋安两地对6种药剂抗性较低.

Resistance Monitoring in Striped Flea Beetle(Phyllotreta striolata) to Some Commercial Insecticides

The susceptibility diversity of Phyllotreta striolata,collected from different sites in Fuzhou,was tested and analyzed using the leaf-dipping method,compared with the relatively susceptible population which was reared in the laboratory.The results showed that there were significant differences among the different sites.There was a relatively high level resistance of striped flea beetle(SFB)to acetamiprid and carbosulfan in Nantong,while the beetles from Dongzhang had generally developed a high-level resistance to dichlorvos and cypermethrin,and the SFB populations in Shangjie and Jinan were higher in the susceptibility to insecticides.
