| 摘 要： | 动物Hb除运输和储存氧气外还具有调节pH值、控制一氧化氮水平、参与免疫反应、结合并运输硫化物等多种生物学功能,是研究呼吸蛋白多重生物学功能的理想分子,已经引起了学者们的浓厚兴趣。结合研究成果并综合本领域的大量学术文献,对动物Hb的分子结构、生物学功能及其研究进展进行综述。
