EPR谱仪微机化数据系统的研究

摘    要:研制了一套由 Appl Ⅱ plus微机系统、12位 A/D和 D/A板及光电隔离等接口电路组成的EPR谱仪的自动控制和数据采集处理系统。由6502汇编和BASIC语言混编而成的软件系统采用了程序覆盖技术。该系统具有精度高、重复性好、价格低廉、易于操作等优点,并且显著提高了原仪器的灵敏度。

Abstract:An inexpensive,simple and versatile microcomputer-based system which consists of an APPLE II microcomputer system, a 12-bit AD/DA board and some other circuits was developed for use with a DSG-K1 EPR spectrometer. The programming languages of the system are BASIC and 6502 machine language. The system provides abundant data processing functions and analysis programs as well as instrument control. The results show that the system have the advantages of high accuracy , sensitivity and reproduction ratio.
