大型仪器管理模式改革探索

大型仪器开放测试是高校培养创新型人才的有效途径。常州大学测试中心尝试提出了集中管理、开放测试的运行模式，分为“集中培训”“持证上岗”“网上预约…‘实践巩固”“针对性辅导”和“及时维护”等六个环节，实现了“实验教学”“实践检验理论”“师生科研”和“对外服务”四个主要作用。该管理模式不仅提高了实验实践教学质量，提升了学生的分析测试能力，而且还大幅提高了学校大型仪器设备的利用率。

Reform Exploration on the Management Mode of Large-scale Instruments in Universities

Open testing of large-scale instruments was efficient to cultivate innovative talents. The operation mode of centralized man- agement and open testing was put forward by the instrumental Analysis Center of Changzhou University, which was composed of unified training, certificates, online booking, practice and consolidation, specific guidance and timely maintenance. These realized four func- tions such as experimental teaching and practice testing theory, scientific research of students and teachers, serving for society. The management mode was helpful to enhancing the quality of teaching and the students＇ analysis abilities. Furthermore, the utilization of the large-scale instruments was improved significantly.
