| 摘 要： | 《系统与数据恢复》课程设计了一系列的实验支持。课程通过设计系列化的实验，逐步帮助学生掌握相关知识和基本技能。在该课程的系列实验中，开盘试验以其破坏性的一面展示了硬盘结构和修复技能。文中详细地阐述了该课程的破坏性实验设计思路，并且针对教学要求和数据恢复技术描述了实施方案，最后分析了实施效果。

The destructive experiments have the most dramatic effect to demonstrate structure of hard drive and technic of data recovery.
