水工程与水环境

通过分析水的属性与特点，说明水在地球环境和人类社会发展中的地位和作用．50多年来，随着我国人口和经济的快速发展，水的需求迅猛增长，修建了大量水利工程，为经济社会发展和改善人民生活水平作出了重要贡献．但也给生态环境带来一些不良影响，受到社会各界的广泛关注．笔者提出了保护水资源、水环境和生态环境的若干建议，呼吁水利工作者和社会公众不断增强水忧患意识和社会责任感，共同保护好人类生存发展的美好家园．

Hydraulic Projects and Water Environment

An exposition about the roles of water in the global environment and human development is presented on the basis of water's properties and features. Owing to the rapid growth of population and ecoonomy in China in recent 50 years,lots of hydraulic projects have been set up to meet the increasing demands of water. They have,on one hand,contributed much to the economic development and the improvement of people's living standards; but on the other hand,they have also exerted some negative influences upon the ecological environment. For calling forth the public attentions,as a result, some proposals on the protection of water resources, environment and ecological environment have been proposed by the anthor so as to increase the public and hydraulic workers' deep concerns about water resources and their social responsibilities, and furthermore to protect the lovely homeland where human being can live and get development .
