摘    要:自来水管道漏水给国家造成重大的经济损失,针对传统漏水检测的被动检修法和听音法的不足,提出了采用互相关技术,利用超声传感器,实现地下自来水管道漏水部位定点检测的设计思想,给出了水漏检测仪的硬件设计框图和软件流程图.该仪器采用新型低功耗内含12位A/D转换器的16位单片机MSP430F149与数字信号处理专用芯片TMS320C5402,简化了电路结构,提高了数据处理速度,实现了数据的实时处理及显示.实验证明:整个仪器的测量误差在0.3 m内,达到了预期要求.

Abstract:The water leakage causes economic waste to the country. In order to avoid the shortage of traditional leakage examining method and listening method, here adopt the correlation technology, use ultrasonic sensor and propose the design idea which realizes leakage point veraciously detecting of the tap water piping line. The hardware scheme and the software chart of leakage-measurement system are provided. This detector adopts a 16-bit microprocessor MSP430F149 and a chip TMS320C5040 for digital signal processing. The processor includes 12-bit A/D converter with low power wasting, which make the circuit simplified and achieve high speed and real time data process. After testing, the error of the whole instrument is in 0.3 meters, which have reached our expected need.
