摘    要:合成了长链结构的氮氧自由基,并通过电子自旋共振(ESR)测试证明了产物的结构。通过膨胀计试验证明了长链型稳态哌啶氮氧自由基对以A IBN为引发剂,60°C下热引发的苯乙烯本体聚合有明显的阻聚作用。紫外吸收光谱测试表明该长链型氮氧自由基对引起塑料老化的,波长在230~350 nm之间的紫外光有强烈的吸收。TG测试证明该氮氧自由基有良好的热稳定性,将有可能作为一种优良的塑料光稳定剂使用。

Abstract:Piperidinooxyl radical with long-train structure is synthesized. The ESR spectrogram proves that piperidinooxyl radical is produced. The dilatometer tests prove that the piperidinooyl radical with long-train structure performs prominent inhibition role on styrene bulk polymerization initiated with AIBN on 60 ~C. The ultraviolet-visible spectrometry reveals that the piperidinooyl radical with long-train structure strongly absorbs the UV light which will cause the plastic aging and whose wavelength is between 230-350 nm. TG analysis shows that the piperidinooyl radical with long-train structure are quite stable at high temperature. The results indicate that the piperidinooyl radical with long-train structure is capable of being used as a kind of plastic additive with good anti-aging performance.
