摘    要:在CO2焊波控法中,将燃弧分为两个恒流阶段,燃弧前期采用大电流控制可以放善焊缝成形,而在短路过渡前的燃弧后期用小电流恒流控制可以减少飞溅,本研究以此工艺为基础,针对恒流控制系统的弧长恒定问题,提出了稳定燃弧前期电弧电压的波形模糊逻辑控制方法,设计了波形模糊逻辑控制器并进行了仿真研究,通过试验优化了CO2焊工艺参数,从而获得飞溅少、成形好的优质焊缝。

Abstract:In waveform control for CO 2 arc welding process, arc burning consists of two constant current phases. The large constant current during prophase of arc burning can improve welding bead formation, and the small constant current during anaphase of arc burning can decrease welding spatter. By means of the process method, a new fuzzy logic current waveform control for stabilizing arc length in constant current CO 2 process was investigated by controlling the voltage during prophase of arc burning. A fuzzy logic current waveform controller was designed, and simulation analysis was conducted. The high quality bead formation with little spatter was obtained by optimizing parameters experiment for CO 2 process.
