基于单片机控制的染色机温控系统设计

摘    要:提出一种基于单片机控制的染色机温度控制系统的设计方案.硬件控制系统由微处理控制系统、温度检测转换模块、光电隔离模块以及键盘显示模块等模块组成.软件设计上采用模糊控制算法实现对布料染色过程中各个步骤温度的精确控制.经过实测,系统温度测量精度可达±0.1℃,控制的温度变化的速度偏差为±0.2℃.

Abstract:A design scheme of dyeing machine temperature control system, which bases on single-chip microcomputer control, has been presented. The hardware system comprises microcomputer control system, temperature detecting module, photoelectricity isolation module and keyboard display module. It takes Fuzzy control algorithm to control temperature change accurately in the process of dye cloth. The result shows that the temperature measure precision is ±0.1℃ and the speed warp of temperature change is ±0.2℃.
