资源、环境及持续发展的辩证思考

现代科学技术和生产力的发展,一方面扩大了人类改造自然的能力,另一方面也使人口、资源、环境与经济和社会发展关系上出现了一系列尖锐矛盾,制约社会和经济的发展,“持续发展”的目标就是运用生态学、经济学、系统学等原理,努力增强资源的再生能力,不断改善制约社会发展的诸多因素,使社会经济得以持久而健康的发展。

Dialectically Thinking on Natural Resources, Envionment and Continued Development

The development of modern science and technology, on the one hand, stregnthened human's ability to reforme the nature, but on the other hand, brought about some incisive contradictions among population, natural resources, environment and development of society and economy, which restracted the forther development of sciety and economy. The target of "Continued Development" is to stregnthen the regenerative ability of natural resources, improve the restractive factors for society development and therefore the develop the society as well as economy sustainedly and healthily.
