高校学报编辑与研究生培养问题

针对辽宁科技大学的研究生培养实际情况,讨论了学报编辑与研究生的关系,在分析研究生论文所存在的科技伦理道德问题、论文学术质量问题、科技成果阐述表达问题的基础上,探讨了学报编辑与研究生作者在沟通互动中,对研究生进行科技思想道德教育,科技研发和创新能力辅助培养,科技成果表述能力辅导等作用,提出发挥学报编辑在研究生科研能力培养上的积极作用,以实现学报质量提高和研究生培养的双赢.

According to the actual situation of postgraduate cultivation in University of Science and Technolo- gy Liaoning, the relationship between university journal editor and postgraduate students is discussed. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the papers submitted by postgraduate students, including scientific ethic and moral, academic quality and expression of scientific and technological achievements, the scientific ethic and moral education, the auxiliary training of scientific development and innovation ability and the train- ing of science and technology achievements expression ability are carried out during the communication be- tween editor and students, it plays a positive role on the scientific ability training to improve the journal quali- ty and postgraduate cultivation.
