摘    要:脱硫剂在铁水中的熔化性能直接影响其脱硫效率,通过测定不同配比的脱硫剂的熔化性能,得到较好的脱硫剂成分,可为MgO基脱硫剂的工业生产提供参考.研究结果表明,不添加助熔剂,脱硫剂流动性差,不利于脱硫.CaF2作为助熔剂对脱硫剂的熔化性能影响不大,B2O3作为助熔剂可显著改善脱硫剂的熔化性能,熔化温度明显下降,具有良好的流动性能,可达到铁水预处理工艺要求,最佳添加量为原料量的2%.

Abstract:The meltability of desulfurizer in molten iron affects the desulphurization efficiency directly, the better desulfurizer compositions are obtained by measuring the melting performance with different ingredient of desulfurizer, which provides a reference for industrial production of magnesium oxide based desulfurizer. The results show that the desulfurizer has bad fluidity which makes it difficult to desulfurate. The melting prop- erty has no obvious changes with the addition of CaF2, while B203 as the addition can change the melting per- formance of desulfurizer obviously. The melting temperature of desulfurizer is decreased and the fluidity is im- proved. The desulfurizer can meet the requirements of hot metal pretreatment, and the best additive amount is 2% of original amount.
