辽宁高校开展定向运动的影响因素及对策

为充分了解和掌握辽宁省高校定向运动开展的具体情况,运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等方法,以辽宁省开展定向运动的高校师生为对象,对其现状及影响因素进行分析.结果表明：运动的课程组织形式主要是以专项选项课为主;大多数学生对定向运动表现出喜爱情绪;专业教师主要以硕士研究生毕业的中青年为主;在运动队训练和竞赛中常出现阶段性停滞,场地和器材缺乏等现象.建议,从定向运动的体制改革、资源整合、提高师资队伍建设和完善户外运动课程体系等方面加以改进.

Influence factors and countermeasures of cleveloping directial movement in Liaoning universities

In order to fully understand and grasp the situation of orienteering in the universities of Liaoning Province, through the literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics method, the orienteer- ing teachers and students in colleges and universities are taken as the research object, the current situation and influencing factors are analyzed the results show that： the curriculum organization is in the form of special elective courses, most orienteering students show the affection, the professional teachers are compose by young lecturers, the sports team training and competition have a stage stagnation with the lack of venues and equipments. It is suggested that improve the structural reform directional movement, the resource integration, the teachers team construction and the curriculum system outdoor sports.
