保护渣物性对圆坯表面纵裂的影响

摘    要:为了防止圆坯在生产过程中产生纵裂问题,研究了5种保护渣的熔点、熔速、粘度和成分等对规格为φ150 mm的20#圆坯表面纵裂的影响。结果表明:熔速适中、熔点小于1 165℃、粘度约为0.3 Pa·S的连铸保护渣对该钢种减少表面纵裂有利。该钢种保护渣中的w()C=7%~13%和w(Al)2O3=3%~4.5%时纵裂发生率低。

Influence of mold powders on surface longitudinal crack of round billet

Abstract:In order to prevent the longitudinal crack problem happened in the production process of the round billet,the influences on the longitudinal surface crack of the φ150mm round billet are analyzed,such as melting point,melting rate,viscosity and ingredient. The results show that the mold powder with the moderate melting speed,melting point lower than 1 165 ℃ and viscosity in 0.3 Pa·S is better for reducing the surface longitudinal crack. When the mold powder protection w(C) and w(Al2O3) are in the range of 7% to 13% and3% to 4.5% respectively,the longitudinal crack can be restrained.
