| 摘 要： | 首先论述了涂层硬质合金刀具的基本性能和特点，然后对其切削机理（包括涂层的耐磨屏障机理、涂层的固体润滑机理和涂层与基体的匹配作用机理等）进行了分析．还讨论了涂层硬质合金的某些固有缺陷，并在此基础上探讨了涂层硬质合金刀具对于切削条件的适应性和选择性．

| Abstract: | The basic characteristics and the cutting performances of coated carbide tools are clarified,and then the cutting mechanisms of the inserts are analyzed in the aspects of the protective mechanism and the solid-lubricant mechanism of the coating and the matching mechanism of the coating with the substrate. Some inherent defects in the CVD coated carbide tools are also discussed. Furthermore,the suitability and the selectivity of the tools in cutting conditions are ascertained in order to promote the proper application of the advanced inserts. |
