摘    要:通过对缠绕式提升机圆板支轮筒壳应力的分析,得出支轮处弯矩不一定是支轮区的最大弯矩;指出了支轮位置的选择范围.按此范围设计的卷筒,使用效果良好.

Abstract:By analysing the round board of a winding drum hoist and the drum shell stresses, the paper obtains a result that the carved stress of a bearing wheel is unlikely to be the maximum of a bearing wheel part, points out the influence of the position of a bearing wheel on drum shell stress, and gives the selective limit on the suitable position of a bearing wheel and effect of the designed sheel according to the limits is excellent.Besides,it proves successful after experiment.
