| 摘 要： | 人力资源是知识经济时代最重要的战略资源,图书馆人力资源的开发与管理是基层图书馆可持续发展诸因素中最重要、最根本的因素。阐述了图书馆人力资源管理的概念及原则,分析了基层图书馆人力资源的现状,提出了相应的可持续发展的人力资源管理模式。

| Abstract: | Human resource is the most important strategic resource in the age of knowledge economy, and the development and management of library＇s human resource are the most important factors among all factors of the sustainable development of the libraries at basic level.This paper expounds the concepts and principles of library＇s human resource, analyzes the present situation of human resource of the libraries at basic level, and puts forward some corresponding sustainable human resource management models. |
