竖壁上液滴的脱落直径

摘    要:以竖直平壁上处于临界状态的液滴为研究对象,重点研究了横掠气流对液滴脱落尺寸的影响.从力平衡出发建立了有关脱落直径的联立方程,并给出无风时脱落直径的解析解.计算结果表明:风速越高,液滴离壁前缘越近,液滴的脱落直径就越小,并且风速越高,脱落直径减小得越快.

Abstract:This paper deals with a liquid drop on a vertical solid surface in gravitational field with air flowing over the surface. The effect of airflow on the diameter of the maximum drop that can exist on the surface (called departure diameter hereafter) was theoretically investigated. Simultaneous equations describing the dynamic behavior of drop departure were derived from the mechanical equilibrium. Analytical solution is presented for the departure diameter for no wind case. The calculation results show that the departure diameter decreases with increasing air velocity and distance from the drop to the leading edge of the surface, the greater the air velocity the sharper the decrease of the departure diameter.
