With the constant intensification of the intensity of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises which generate an important impact on national economic development of our country are unavoidable to face the internationalized development problem . Trans-nation operation of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, still face a lot of difficulties. Unifies the overseas experience, we think that we should strengthen the external support of the government such as the system of laws and regulations and social service system etc and improve self-building such as thinking changing,technological innovation, information construction, ,human resource investing.
