摘    要:通过由锥形量热仪获得的参数,对加几种金属化合物及填料的软质PVC体系的抑烟性和阻燃性进行了较炙系统的分析和研究,研究表明:这些金属化合物和填料对软质PVC体系具有良好的抑烟效果,热释放速率和烟比率有明显的降低,并且烟比度随着热释放速度的降低而降低,当将金属化合物配合在一起使用时,其抑烟和阻燃效果更佳。

Abstract:The smoke suppression and flame retardancy of flexible PVC formula-tions blended with some metallic compounds and fillers by using some parametersderived from cone calorimeter were investigated. The result showed that they havegood effects of smoke suppression and flame retardancy on flexible PVC formula-tions, and smoke ratio(SR) decreased with rate of heat release(RHR)increasing.When the mixtures of some metallic compounds were added to flexible PVC formu-lations, the effects of the smoke suppression and flame retardancy got better.
