从大学新生看中小学素质教育应加强的几个方面

作者在高校的教学和管理工作中发现，一些新生在思想、道德、心理等素质方面存在这样或那样的缺陷，而这些缺陷很明显是从小形成的。要弥补这些缺陷，从根本上解决问题，必须按照教育规律，人才成才规律，在中小学素质教育中加强远大理想、艰苦奋斗的教育以及合作能力和挫折承受能力的培养。

On Enhancing the Quality Education in Middle and Primary Schools in Veiw of the Freshmen

Through collegiate teaching and management, the writer of this essay finds that some freshmen have,in one way or another, defects about ideas, ethics and psychology. It is apparent that the defects were shaped in their childhood. To remedy the drawbacks and solve the problems once and for all, we must strengthen, in the quality education of the school boys and girls, the cultivation of lofty ideals and hard struggle,and,according to the law of education and that of personnelrearing,train their ability of being cooperative and bearing setbacks
