| 摘 要： | 采用比较研究的方法,对区域信息资源配置的基本模式进行了分析和研究,提出了一种全新的区域信息资源配置模式——基于经济情报的区域信息资源配置模式,有效地规避了传统市场配置和政府配置模式的缺陷,并从模式选择、运转机制、特点和实现步骤几个方面对基于经济情报的信息资源配置模式进行了深入探讨.

| Abstract: | Adopting the comparative study,this paper makes the analytic study on the basic mode of the configuration of regional information resources,and puts forward a brand new configuration mode of regional information resources,an economic information based configuration mode of regional information resources,which effectively evades the defects of traditional market configuration mode and government configuration mode,and carries on the thorough discussion on the configuration mode of regional information resources based on economic information. |
