摘    要:本文利用单模环形腔激光器的Maxwell-Zloch方程的平均场近似理论,研究了含有饱和吸收介质的,以Lorentz非均匀展宽为特征的夫谐的单模单向环形腔激光器,得到了系统的稳态解。分析结果表明:非均匀展宽的外界泵浦的激光器阈值与非均匀展宽线及饱和参数有关,在失谐情况下,场变量相位失谐的阈值要比均匀展宽吋的低,同时还得到了模式牵引频率。

Abstract:The Maxwell-Bloch equation of the single mode ring laser in a mean field approximation is used to study the detuned,single mode and unidireectional propagation ring lasee with a saturable absorber in lorentz inhomogeneously broadened. And the steady-state of the system is obtained. The results show that the external pump lasing threshold in inhomogeneously broadened has to do with inhomogeneous line and saturable parameter. In the case of detune, the phase detuned threshold of the field variable is smaller than that of homogeneously broadened. And the mode-pulling formula is obtained.
