| Abstract: | The target of the biology speciality in teachers' colleges is to train the qualified middle school teachers. From the angle of qualified_based education, this paper discusses that the teachers of biology should have some basical qualities including the teaching in class, experiment, outdoor practice, independent study, aesthetic education, mentality, to meet the needs of the social development. |
