微波等离子体离子化检测器研究

摘    要:本文采用氢气为载气和等离子体工作气体,以苯和二氧化碳为例,对不同电离电位样品组分经过和不经过等离子体两种样品引入检测器方式进行了详细的对比研究,发现检测器分别具有质量型和浓度型检测器的响应特征.探讨了空气引人等离子体对检测器分析性能的影响.

Abstract:The present paper covers a systematic comparison on analytical performance of thenewly developed microwave induced plasma ionization detector using different sample intro-duction patterns for species C_6H_6 and CO_2 with different ionization potentials was presented.Argon was used as the carrier and support gas. It was shown that when the sample waspassing through the plasma the detector was of mass-sensitive,whereas the sample was notpassing through the plasma the detector was of concentration-sensitive. The influence of airentertainment into argon on the performance of the detector was also studied.
