| 摘 要： | 从法律语言学的角度来研究美国宪法的稳定性，通过分析宪法文本中的大量实例，可以发现美国宪法的稳定性缘于立法语言的准确性，美国完法的稳定性缘于立法语言的模糊性。准确性和模糊性辨证统一的有机结合，确保了美国宪法的高度稳定性。

| Abstract: | The study on the stability of the Constitution of the United States is based on forensic linguistics by analyzing a large number of examples in the Constitution of the United States.The finding shows that the stability of the Constitution of the United States is due to the accuracy and vagueness of legislative language.The dialectical unity of accuracy and vagueness ensures the high stability of the Constitution of the United States. |
