| 摘 要： | 随着工业化、城镇化进程的加快,农村劳动力就业拓展提升成为经济社会发展中不可忽视的问题。文章结合相关数据,用统计分析方法,分析龙岩市农村劳动力就业现状、就业结构特征,针对农村劳动力就业存在的问题,提出农村劳动力就业拓展提升的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the employment for rural labor has become an issue that can not be ignored in the economic and social development.This paper,based on the data and statistical analysis,tries to analyze employment situation and employment structures for the rural labor in Longyan City.As for the existing problems concerning the employment of rural labor,the author has put forward some countermeasures to develop and increase the employment. |
