| 摘 要： | 研究了马来化桐油和马来化桐酸甲酯与环氧氯丙烷和环氧丙烷的聚合反应.通过不同条件下的实验,证实在叔胺催化下反应为交替共聚,得到聚酪,并利用 IR,UV 和元素分析等手段确认了聚合物的结构.还讨论了反应物的配比,催化剂种类和用量,反应时间、反应温度及羟基化合物等因素对聚合反应的影响,为马来化桐油的开发和利用提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | The polymerizations of maleinized methyl eleostearate and maleinized tung oil with epichlorohydrin and pro pylene oxide are studied. By means of a series of experiments at different reaction conditions,these reactions are alternatiog copolymerization and their products are polyester. The structures of polymers are studied by infrares and ultraviolet spectra, elemental analysis.In addition,some factors,such as monomer proportion, kinds and weight of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time,hydroyl group compound etc.on the effect in polymerizations are discussed.A theo- retical evidence for developing uses of maleinized tung oil is given. |
