摘    要:从起源进化的角度综合分析了国内外有关几类低等单细胞真核生物核骨架的研究资料,认为核骨架结构的起源发生在真核起源的早期,具它的形成可能是原核进化真核的前提条件之一。

Abstract:y analysising the nuclear matrix data of several groups of lower monocellular eukaryotes,the origin and evolution of the imPOrtant nuclear structure,nuclear matrix,are studied. It was concluded that the origin of the nuclear matrix structure happened very early during the process of the origin of eukaryotic nucleus,and its appearance is probably one of the essential prerequisites for the origin of eukaryotic nucleus:its composition might be changing as eukaryote evolved,so as to improve its functions. The origin of the nuclear lam ina also happened very early,but its composition is simple at the begining,and the primitive lamina might be consist of a single molecule which is similar to lamin B (lamin B-like protein).
