关于做好新形势下高校督办工作的思考

在努力建设一流大学的新形势下,督办工作在高校管理和办公室建设中的作用将进一步突出,需大力加强并积极主动地研究新思路,创造新方法,以更好地适应新形势的需要。需围绕大局抓督办,坚持督办与调查研究相结合,充分发挥现代化管理手段在督办中的作用,注重督办工作的落实,加强督办工作的队伍建设和制度建设;应注意处理好督办工作中重点与一般、督办与服务、督办与协调、到位与越位四种关系,以促进督办工作的健康发展。

Contemplation on the Improvement of the Supervision Work in Higher Schools Under the New Situation

In the new situation of building the first-class university,the role of supervising and handling will be more prominent in the administering the institution of higher learning and in the administrative af- fairs.The supervising and handing should be carried out centering on the overall situation and with the in- vestigation and study,the role of modern administrative means should be given full play,emphasis should be laid on the implementation and the building of the ranks and system needs to be strengthened.In the super- vising and handling,we should pay attention to the four kinds of relationship between the priority and the general;supervising,handling and service;supervising,handling and coordination;executing the obligation and overstepping the bounds.
