| 摘 要： | 信息共享被看作是供应链管理的一个重要因素,信息共享所产生的价值对供应链的高效运作贡献很大;该文就两阶段供应链中库存信息共享所产生的价值进行讨论,并将其与不共享库存信息时的状况做了比较,然后用Excel软件进行模拟分析。

| Abstract: | Information sharing has been considered as an important factor in the supply chain management. Inventory information sharing contributes greatly to the efficient operation of the supply chain. In this paper,the value of the inventory information sharing in a two-echelon supply chain is discussed, and a comparison is made between the value and the condition that the inventory information is not shared. Simulative analysis is carried out with the software of Excel. |
