| 摘 要： | 企业负债筹资风险产生的原因是内外两种因素相互作用的结果。规避企业负债筹资风险应做到：确定适度的负债数额；确定合理的资本结构；合理安排负债期限；降低经营风险；增强企业经营能力，加速资金周转；把握利率及汇率的变动趋势：规避财务风险。
