用丁基黄原酸钠提取钯

摘    要:传统的火法生产使得金属钯的回收率低 ,为改变这一现状 ,以铜阳极泥经富集而得的含铂、钯精矿料为原料 ,探索了湿法提取钯的工艺方法 ,提出了丁基黄原酸钠沉钯的新工艺 ,操作简便 ,生产成本低 ,金属钯的收率最终可达 95 %。

Abstract:Inorder to inprove the low rate of extraeting palladium by the mean of traditional pyrogenic process, the paper has probed the way of hydrometallurgying ptatinim and pallatium enriched in Cu anode mud And it put forwarol the new technology process of precipitating pallatium with C4HgOCSSNa, which is easy to operate and low for production cost,and that the rate of extracting pallatium can reach to 95%。
