| 摘 要： | 当前,随着我国信息技术发展速度的不断加快,我国医学图书馆的服务观念已从单纯的读者服务转向协调、合作、共享的服务模式。我国医学图书馆正在向信息增值型、产业型以及服务型的方向发展。将人性化管理理念运用于医学图书馆管理中来,就是一种以围绕人的生活、工作习性展开研究,使现代医学图书馆在管理过程中能够更加贴近人性,满足人的多样化需求,从而更有效地提高工作效率。 |
