| 摘 要： | 为降低输煤系统工人的劳动强度,减少职业有害因素对他们身体的危害,实现自动配煤或远程控制配煤已经刻不容缓。文章介绍的配煤系统是利用PLC的可编辑控制功能,依据准确的煤位信号实现配煤系统的自动化。通过光缆的通讯,还可实现现场与控制室之间的远程监控,达到控制方式多元化。

| Abstract: | To reduce the labor intensity of coal handling system,to reduce occupational hazards to their health hazards,automatic blending or the remote control blending has been pressing.This paper introduces the blending system is the use of PLC control functions can be edited,based on accurate coal-bit signal to achieve blending system of automation.Through the cable of communication,Can also be achieved remote monitoring between the control room and on-site,control method to achieve diversity. |
