| 摘 要： | 随着电力体制改革的逐步深入,电力施工企业的运营环境发生了诸多变化,特别是随着集约化、精细化管理的不断深入,电力施工企业迫切需要加强管理,提高整体营运水平,增强企业核心竞争力。本文通过分析电力施工企业的管理现状及存在的问题,指出了加强企业管理的必要性,并就如何创新管理谈了自己的看法。
