| 摘 要： | 智能电表更换工作在全国范围内已经开展,在此期间,用电客户对此过程中出现的一些问题,通过95598服务热线和营业窗口进行了反映,参照其他地方的做法以及太原供电自身的工作流程,对用户提出的问题进行了集中的整理。
