| 摘 要： | 阶梯电价作为电价改革的重要举措提出来以后,受到社会广泛的争议,究竟是让用户合理承担用电成本,还是供电企业变相涨价,一时间众说纷纭,文章将从阶梯电价应用的必要性入手,分析阶梯电价在应用过程中将遇到的问题,并对发展前景进行了论述。
