| 摘 要： | 通过对水电厂管理信息系统需求分析，利用先进的计算机网络技术、信息系统对水电厂设备运营、发电量、输电量、电厂监控、状态监测、诊断维修、水情测报等信息系统相集成，在系统结构及运营机制上提出了水电厂管理信息系统系统设计、网络设计的框架模型。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the demand on MIS of the hydraulic power plant, this paper puts forward the frame model for the system design and network design of MIS of hydraulic power plant in system structure and operation mechanism by using advanced computer-based network techniques and information systems to make the integration of the equipment operation, generated energy, transmission capacity, supervisory control, status monitoring, diagnosis and maintenance, water regimen measurement and other information systems. |
