| 摘 要： | 房地产市场是一个典型的信息不对称市场,本文以该市场中的政府、房地产开发商和消费者为研究对象,针对房地产商利用自身信息优势,影响消费者决策,以及该过程中政府监管是否到位这一问题,创建三方博弈模型。分析了市场各主体间的相互作用关系,并求得博弈模型的序贯均衡解。结果表明政府的策略决定了房地产开发商和消费者的最优策略,只有政府严格把关,市场才会朝健康的方向发展。
