| 摘 要： | 房地产行业的资金主要来源于商业银行,研究房地产企业和银行的关系具有重要的意义。本文运用博弈论基本理论和方法,通过建立房地产开发企业和商业银行的借贷动态博弈模型,分析得到了不同情况下的银行与房地产企业的博弈均衡。针对以上分析,本文提出了完善房地产融资、促进房地产企业和银行关系良性循环的一些建议。
