| Abstract: | The article discusses the need for the archives to digital files,and takes Changchun Normal University Archives for an example.It describes how to do paper file information digitization conversion,and increases he file management modernization efforts,then establishes rules and regulations,strengthens the software and hardware development,to reasonably determine the scope of digital conversion,to regulate the operation necessary,and pointed out the problem that should be noted in this work. |
