| 摘 要： | 针对我国科技经纪业发展实践中存在的问题,分析了科技经纪业的本质,得出它是产学研合作系统的一个组成部分,其产生和发展的条件包括经济发展、社会需求、政府重视和科技发展的压力等。而科技经纪产业发展的影响因素包括资源和能力、需求、同业竞争、相关环境和产业的支持。最后给出我国发展科技经纪产业的一些对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Science and technology broker industry is important to economy and society in modern society.But now in China there are some problems to foster and development the science and technology broker industry in practice.And the study on the science and technology broker industry is lack.The science and technology broker industry is one of the important parts in the industry-university-research cooperation system.The condition of this industry emergence and development include economy development,social demand,recognition of government,the stress of the science and technology development and so on.The influence factors include resource and capability,demand,horizontal competition,circumstance and support industry.In the end some suggestions are put forward. |
